When choosing a company to refit all of our bathrooms we chose GFS as they provided excellent pre-sales advice and good quality documentation to support their proposals. Although they were not the cheapest we did feel confident in their ability and professionalism based on this. When GFS undertook the work we were very impressed from day one by their care and attention. Simple things like laying carpet covers and always leaving the house clean and tidy were very much appreciated. The quality of the work is excellent, and the manner in which any unexpected issues were dealt with was superb. Its unrealistic to not expect the odd problem or glitch along the way - but what should be expected is a professional way in resolving these. GFS were excellent and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service. Thank you Graham for an excellent job. |
